Blood Orange Olive Oil Over Vanilla Ice Cream

Candied Pecans
Ingredients: Instructions:
  • Heat oven to 325°.
  • Spread pecan halves on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake until lightly toasted and fragrant, about 10 minutes; set aside.
  • Boil brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a 12" skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook until mixture is foamy and slightly thickened, 2–3 minutes.
  • Add pecans and cook, stirring constantly, until well coated, about 3 minutes.
  • Spread on prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt; let cool completely.
  • Break into bite-size pieces before serving. MAKES 2 CUPS

Olive Oil Granola
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds, hulled
  • 1 cup unsweetened flake coconut
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of Amazing Olive Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients together. Mix thoroughly. 
  • Spread mixture on 2 rimmed baking sheets in even layers and bake for 40-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes,until golden brown and well toasted.
  • Makes About 9 cups.

 Brie Filo cups with Dark Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients: Directions:
  • Begin by preparing the filo cups.
  • Thaw 1 package frozen Filo dough and Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Spray mini muffin cup pans lightly with baking spray.
  • Take a sheet of Filo and brush with Amazing Olive butter-flavored oil. 
  • Lay another sheet on top and repeat until you have four sheets stacked up.
  • Cut into small equal squares and press into cups.
  • Add Brie cheese into each filo dough cup.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden. Watch carefully and don't let them burn.
  • Take out of oven and Drizzle with Amazing Olive Dark Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar!

  • If using pre-made cups, preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Spray mini muffin cup pans or cookie sheet lightly with baking spray.
  • Place filo cups on cookie sheet or in mini muffin pan and brush lightly with Amazing Olive Butter flavored olive oil.
  • Then add Brie to each cup.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden. Watch carefully and don't let them burn.
  • Take out of oven and Drizzle with Amazing Olive Dark Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar!
***For variety,  add Smoked Gouda to some of the cups and/or a fig preserve before baking***

 Grilled Pineapple, Peaches & Pear with Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients: Directions:
  • Begin by preparing the fruit - Skinning and Slicing.
  • Lay skinned and sliced Pineapple, Peaches and Pears out on a prep tray.
  • *Optional - Dash Cinnamon over fruit 
  • Brush or Drizzle your favorite Amazing Olive Balsamic Vinegar over the fruit. Dark Raspberry, Dark Cheery, Strawberry or Blueberry infused Balsamic vinegars will do the trick but nothing is stopping you from using any of our other unique or traditional balsamic vinegars!
  • Mop up the Balsamic Vinegar and Cinnamon with both sides of the fruit 
  • To prevent the fruit from sticking to your grill, Brush the grill with your Amazing Olive Oil. Not only will this help prevent sticking but it will also add some unique flavor to the fruit! 
  • Throw the marinated fruit on the grill and let them heat up with perfect grill marks. Try not to leave them on too long or burn. Heating them up on the top rack first then flash cooking them direct on the lower grill gives the best results! 
  • Lastly pull the fruit off the grill and enjoy one truly mouthwatering guilt free experience!
  • Or if your really looking to indulge yourself scoop up your favorite ice cream in a bowl and top it off with your grilled fruit!
